Ali received her Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Utilizing a responsive and collaborative approach, Ali’s style is gentle, non-judgmental, and genuine. She prioritizes building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients and strives to create a welcoming environment that feels safe for folks to show up as their authentic selves.

She understands the value of holistic and individualized care, tailoring treatment plans and pacing to align with her client’s needs. In line with this, Ali utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based interventions to empower folks as they navigate life’s ups and downs.
