Carlye Denequolo, MS, LCMHCA
Carlye received her Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health
Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is passionate
about creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel truly seen, heard, and
validated. Committed to providing individualized, affirming care, Carlye respects
each person’s unique identity and life story.

modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based
interventions, and play therapy. In a space rich with empathy and free of judgment. Carlye explores clients’ thoughts and emotions together with them, engaging in open discussions and using constructive feedback to deepen their insights.
She aims to develop a holistic understanding of the individuals she supports, recognizing how their identities intersect and impact them. Whether slowing down to reflect, building skills, or taking time to rest, Carlye assists those she works with
